- Abstract
- 본 연구는 Sahin et al.(2014)의 방법론을 활용하여 2013∼2018년 동안 증가한실업률(0.75%p) 중 산업 미스매치 실업에 의해 설명될 수 있는 부분을 수량화하였다. 산업 미스매치 실업이란 임금 경직성, 정보의 부족, 기술의 불일치 등으로인해 산업 간 구직자의 이동이 원활하지 않아 발생하는 실업을 의미한다. 분석 결과, 2013∼2018년 동안 증가한 실업률의 약 23.6%는 산업 미스매치 실업으로 설명되었다.
