dc.description.abstract | 利用式创新和探索式创新对创新绩效的影响研究尚未得到一致的结果。基于组织学习理论,本文以288家中国高新技术企业为对象,探讨了利用式创新和探索式创新对创新绩效的影响,以及环境动态性在这一关系中发挥的调节作用。研究结果表明,利用式创新对创新绩效有显著正向影响,但探索式创新对创新绩效没有直接作用。利用式创新和探索式创新的交互项对创新绩效有负向影响,表明利用式创新和探索式创新不存在互补效应。此外,环境动态性在利用式创新和创新绩效关系中起负向调节作用,但探索式创新和创新绩效关系中起正向调节作用。文末对研究结果进行了讨论并提出了相应的管理建议。 | - |
