dc.description.abstractThe Fabry-Perot interference filter is effective at passing only specific wavelengths optically. A diffraction grating is attached to the multilayered interference filter to diffract only at a specific wavelength. This paper describes how the diffraction efficiency varies with wavelength in this structure for various number of layers of the interference filter. © 2018 IEEE.-
