In this study, we present a system which can provide users with appropriate eating speed guidance. The purpose of our study is to improve user's eating habit by delivering real-time feedback while eating. We conducted a pilot study with our proposed device (using either visual or tactile feedback), the results showed that there was an increase in overall eating time through the two types of feedback. In particular, the tactile feedback could reduce the amount of a bite, that is, the participants could eat smaller portion for a bite than before.-
