The contrast between graphic elements attracts the audience’s attention and builds ahierarchy structure that delivers information. This is how the hierarchy structure works in graphic design, and designers use this structure to deliver information in an efficient way. The concepts of motion and time exist as relatively new graphic elements in motion graphic design, and these elements affect the information delivery process. This study focused on subjects such as “motion,” “space defined by the frame,” and “message building with a series or juxtaposition structure” and approach them in a qualitative manner. The characteristic of a graphic element changes over time and becomes a motion. Its sudden transformation shows the contrast shift in a graphic element and attracts the eyes instantly. This graphic shift created a contrast, which is incorporated with time and effect into a hierarchy system in motion graphic design. A “frame” is a physically defined space that allows the involvement of a self-directed viewpoint in graphic design. However, a “frame” is a physically defined space by a viewpoint that directs and captures the variable state of aspace in motion graphic design. This directed and defined space by a viewpoint affects the reading process deliberately. A message” is built with a sequence of graphic information in motion graphic design. However, a “message” is built with a juxtaposed order of graphic information on one spread in graphic design.-
