- Abstract
- 초고령화 사회 진입 및 건강을 추구하는 사회적 분위기로 인해 안마의자에 대한 관심과 수요가 지속적으로 증가되고 있다. 이에 비해 안마의자 주요 수요층인 고령자를 대상으로 한 안마의자 사용성 연구는 아직 미비한 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 안마의자와 고령자의 특성을 분석하고 이를 제품서비스디자인(Product Service System) 관점으로 해석함으로써 고령자의 안마의자 서비스 사용성 개선방안과 이에 따른 서비스 로드맵을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 서비스디자인의 단계적 질적 연구를 위하여 발견(Discover)-정의(Define)-발전(Develop)-전달(Deliver) 단계로 구성된 ‘더블다이아몬드 디자인 프로세스 모델(Double Diamond Design Process Model)’을 채택하였다. 이를 바탕으로 프로토타입 개발, 서비스 생태계 지도, 서비스 블루프린트 등 실무에 적용될 수 있는 실질적인 형태를 제안하였다. 특정 사용자와 제품을 고려한 헬스케어 제품서비스디자인 연구가 부족한 상황에서 본 연구의 방법론은 안마의자 이외의 다양한 헬스케어 상품에도 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
