We herein report on the thermoelectric properties of Bi2Te3 powder/PEDOT:PSS composites, which were prepared by the solid state reaction and screen printing methods. After fabrication of the coating films, the components such as Bi, Te, or PEDOT:PSS were effectively mixed in the composites. The power factor of the composites with 15 wt.% Bi2Te3 powder was measured to be 18.1 × 10-4 W/m·K2 , suggesting that their heterostructure shows the feasibility for enhancing thermoelectric efficiency in the organic-inorganic composites.-
