1980∼1990년대 건축사조와 모던 건축의 관계에 대한 연구

Abstract

Modern architecture revived again in 1990s against series of death by its opponents, Postmodernism and Deconstructivism. Though it is very interesting phenomenon, there were not many serious analyses about this rebirth of Modernism. This thesis will chase and analyse various theories and related categorizations by architectural historians and cultural theorists in broader extents. In doing so, this analyses will reveal various layers about characteristics of 1980~1990s modern architecture and its rebirth. It will also gives comprehensive understanding about the dynamic historical relations among Modernism, Postmodernism, Deconstructivism and architecture in 1980~1990.
