| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 문화재보호구역으로 지정되어 있는 풍납토성의 보존과 개발을 사유재산권의 제약에따른 지역주민과의 이해갈등 해소를 위한 협상과정으로 이해하였다. 그러나 지금까지 협상주체및 협상목표의 설정 등이 분명치 않은 상태에서 사전협상이 진행되었을 뿐만 아니라 토지소유자의 사적지정 신청 순에 따른 점적인 토지보상 및 매입된 토지의 관리 미비로 인해 지역주민과의이해갈등은 지속되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 협상을 통한 최적의 합의 도출이 사회적 갈등 속에서 유용한 문제해결 방법이라는 인식을 토대로, 협상과정에 따른 협상구조를 분석하여 협상과정의 문제점 및 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 Habeeb의 이론을 토대로 협상 당사자들 간의 협상력과 윈셋 및 협상가능영역의 변화를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 협상주체의 힘의불균형을 전제로 하는 협상과정에서 윈셋의 구성 및 합의가능영역의 변화를 통해 협상의 동태적인 흐름의 변화를 예측할 수 있었다. | - |
