| dc.description.abstract | 이 연구는 ‘동아시아모델’이 교육에서도 유형화될 수 있는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 동아시아모델은 사회과학에서 주목되어 왔지만 합의된 정의가 있는 것은 아니며, 교육분야에서 이에 대한 정밀한 분석은 시도되지 못했다고 할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 동아시아교육이 하나의 모델로 조명되기 위해서는 국가들의 교육발전경로와 제도에 대한 역사적-구조적 분석이 필요하며, 국외-국내, 교육외-교육내 관계 등이 복합적으로 고려되어야 한다는 문제의식을 가지고 접근했다. 이러한 분석 관점에 기초해서 동아시아국가(사회)의 교육제도 형성과정과 교육체제의 특징을 검토하였고 그 일치점과 차이점을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 분석한 각 국 사례가 보여주는 다양한 일치점들은 동아시아교육이 하나의 모델로 성립할 수 있음을 보여준다. 한편 사회변화에 따라 기대되는 새로운 요소들(문화적 다양성, 시민사회 성장)에서 나타나는 차이들은 정치적 권위주의 및 경제적 생산주의에 기반하여 성립된 동아시아교육 모델의 변화가능성을 시사한다. | - |
