유머와 소진 간의 관계에서 정서성향의 매개역할에 관한 연구

dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 유머의 정서고갈과 비인격성이라는 소진에 대한 긍정적이며 부정적인 영향 그리고 정서적 성향의 매개가능성 등 다양한 영향관계를 검토하는데 있다. 유머의 유형을 분류하여 소진에 미치는 영향이 왜 다르게 나타나는지와 이 과정에서 정서성향이 매개역할을 어느 정도 하는지를 동시에 살펴보았다. 대학의 2학년 이상의 남녀 대학생을 상대로 유머의 대표적 두 유형인 긍정적 유머와 부정적 유머가 개인의 정서성향인 긍정적 정서성향을 매개로 개인의 정신건강에 미치는 영향정도를 알아내기 위해 구조모형을 통해 분석하였다. 유머와 정서성향, 소진 사이의 인과관계를 분석함으로써 개인의 정서고갈이나 비인격화 같은 소진의 많은 하위요소들의 원인변수가 대부분 정서성향이 주요 요인이 될 수 있다는 사실이 밝혀졌다. 본 연구결과는 자기 지향적 유머를 잘 사용한다면 그 자신의 정서성향을 긍정적으로 유지시키는데 도움이 되며, 소진과 스트레스의 삶을 완화시키는 역할을 한다는 점을 암시한다. 긍정적 유머는 세상을 낙관적으로 보게 되고 희망적이며 즐거운 삶을 느끼게 하는 중요한 요인이었다. 반대로 부정적 유머는 개인의 낙관성과 행복감을 감소시켜 소진과 스트레스 완화에 도움이 되지 않음도 파악되었다. | - |
