- Abstract
- 국내의 많은 재난대응기관들은 타 기관의 무선통신망과의 연동을 고려하지 않고 독자적으로 재난안전무선통신망을 구축하여 충분한 상호운용성을 확보하지 못하고 있다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 범정부 차원의 상호운용성 지침 마련이 시급하나 아직 구체적인 논의조차 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 범정부 차원의 상호운용성 지침을 개발하기 위해 필요한 상호운용성의 수준을 정의하고 전체 시스템의 관점에서 표준 연동모델을 설계하였다.
