In this paper, we investigate into the cross-correlation of a ternary m-sequence m(t) of period 3n - 1 and its decimated sequence m(dt) by d = (3m+1)2/8, where n = 2m = 4k + 2. It is shown that the magnitude of the cross-correlation values is upper bounded by 2√l3 n+1. © 2010 IEEE.-
