dc.description.abstract | In order to reduce the reaction of (Mg,Ca)O thin film with moisture and carbon dioxide gas in air atmosphere, its reaction kinetics were analyzed. Based on the study, we devised a new processing route and its effects on firing voltage of test panels were investigated. The test panels under such processing conditions showed significantly reduced firing voltages. | - |
