- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 자료포락분석 모형 및 멜퀴스트 생산성지수 분석방법과 2003년-2006년, 4년간 18개 국립공원의 자료를 이용하여 우리나라 국립공원의 효율성과 생산성에 대해 동태적 분석을 시도하였다. 효율성분석은 기술, 비용, 분배, 순수기술 및 규모의 효율성 등 다양한 효율성 구성요소를 측정하였으며, 생산성분석은 기술효율성 변화요소 (순수기술변화요소와 규모의 효율성변화) 및 기술변화요소로 분해하여 측정하였다. 측정결과 효율성 측정치의 연도별 차이는 나타나지 않았으나, 생산성측면에서 기술효율성변화, 기술변화, 생산성지수 면에서 연도별 차이가 나타났다. 국립공원을 산악형과 해양형의 두 유형으로 분류해 측정해 본 결과, 효율성 측면에서는 비용 및 분배 그리고 규모의 효율성에서, 생산성 변화 측면에서는 기술효율성변화, 기술변화, 생산성지수 면에서 커다란 차이가 발견되었고 산악형이 해양형에 비해 효율성과 생산성면에서 크게 우월하였다.
