The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between anaerobic power and post-exercise blood lactate values of USA track cyclists after Wingate test. In addition to measuring the physical characteristics of the cyclists. The participants in this study were 17 male USA track cyclists (age: 21.82 ± 4.43 year, height: 179.58 ± 3.72 cm, weight: 75.05 ± 6.90 kg) and the Wingate testwas chosen to explore anaerobic power in an effort to simulate the dominant requisites of track cycling. All cyclists reached peak power during the first 5 s. The mean peak power (PP), mean power (MP) and fatigue index (FI) values of the USA track cyclists were 1408.25.33 ± 158.88 W, 965.59 ± 86.18 W, and 44.56 ± 5.17, respectively. The mean blood lactate values (5 minutes post-exercise) observed in this study were 15.10 ± 1.72 mmol/l for USA track cyclists. USA track cyclists achieved mean blood lactate values high enough to indicate of a maximal effort. In USA track cyclists, there were no statistically significant differences between the anaerobic power and the blood lactate values.-
