아파트 평면의 공간구조특성 분석을 위한 영역그래프의 적용성 검토에 관한 연구

Abstract

The Purpose of this study is to examine the sector graph as an analysis method for Korean apartment plan cases. As the first step, 535 unit plans are categorized into 32 types using sector graphs. For the second step, the propriety of these sector graphs was examined by topological space type analysis on each sector ― P, S, Se, and m ― of the organizing sector graphs. With these methods, the case studies shows Private Sector commonly functions as mediator of Mediator Sector and Service Sector - b type or c type space. The characteristics of Social Sector is the same as Private Sector. Most of Service Sector comes under a type space. The results of Depth Analysis shows Service Sector has deepest value but Mediator Sector has shallowest.For the final step, the data above are verified by examination of unit plans. And it was confirmed that the sector graph is suitable to analyse spatial configuration characteristics.
