- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 평생교육강사의 직무분석을 시도하였다. 데이컴법을 응용하여 평생교육강사의 개념 및 역할에 대한 문헌 분석(직무분석 준비), 직무모형 설정, 작업내용 설정, 현장 검증 등 네 단계에 걸쳐 직무분석을 하였다. 직무분석 결과 첫째, 성인학습자 특성 이해, 둘째, 프로그램 개발, 셋째, 교재교구 개발 및 활용, 넷째, 교수, 다섯째, 학습자 평가, 여섯째, 학습상담 등 6가지의 직무영역을 설정하였으며, 24개의 작업내용과 75개의 직무세부요소를 추출하였다. 직무분석 결과는 평생교육강사 교육 프로그램 및 평가 척도를 개발하기 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
