Abstract

Museum is based on its background of art, and museum has its own concept matching Art trends. Contemporary Art is changing variety kind of forms hour after hour. Also the museum architecture has developed last many years, but the boundary of development of museums is limited to its facade and exhibition spaces. And the museum storage which is housed the collection was looked away every concern. It's time to change the museum storage spaces. The storage spaces of most museums are no better than many years ago. The purpose of this study aims to look into recently trends of Contemporary Arts - concepts, materials, and so on - and according to those results, find out the direction of storage spaces of Museums of Contemporary Arts.
