공공건물의 마감재 감성평가에 대한 연구 - 서울지역 구민회관을 중심으로 -

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the sensibility of building materials and preference of building users. According to this study, building's improvements are presented. Data were collected from June 15th. to August 15th. using the questionnaire and photo presentation. The subjects were 30 students of architecture department and frequency, percentage, ANOVA, factor analysis, multiple comparisons were used for data analysis. The major results of this study were; 1) The types of building materials were 5; value, quality, massive, surface, parity capacity. 2) This study revealed relative difference in outdoor and indoor space preference according to building materials. 3) Building materials are constructed with simple patterns and simple materials.
