- Abstract
- In this paper, we present new methods to make constrained revolutionary type joints. The joints have motion constraints of being able to move within a specified range. The constraints are applied at either DOF(degree of freedom) or joint limits. Constraint equations are derived to generate less than three DOF joints while the joint limit constraints is limiting any DOF joint within a specified range.
