Abstract
A product display may be regarded as a form of a spatial structure with the purpose of sales. It is a branch of design as well as a part of Marketing. The importance of Display in the field of advertisement communication is becoming more vital as the society tends to shift from an industrial, production intensive society to a consumer oriented one , and the artistic value in the expression is becoming essential. From these studies, by considering the trend of Modern art and Display expression, and by analyzing the product display case studies, the relevance between the two fields may be recognized. The artistic characteristic in the product display domain is the artistic coherent, concurrent expression which deals with the surrealisme based on the multi-modal flow of modern art, along with the high-tech characeristics. Modern art provide new artistic condition, a strong motif and a variety of expressions in the Display.
