dc.description.abstract | A method of generating optical phase shift keying (OPSK) signal is proposed based on a semiconductor laser under the optical injection locking (OIL). We analyzed the signal performance dependence on injection conditions and found that the OIL output amplitude and laser linewidth enhancement factor dominantly affect the performance of OPSK. | - |
