dc.description.abstract | A fence-type aluminum electrode on soda lime glass substrate was formed via anodic bonding followed by patterning with chemical etching. The electrode pattern was anodized to form the dielectric layer on its surface. Test panels were prepared using the front plate with the electrode pattern and their luminance and discharge characteristics were examined. The results demonstrated a possibility of using aluminum electrode for ac-PDP. | - |
