dc.description.abstract | This paper first explores the evolution of concept of entrepreneurship from unitary to collective/shared based on the review of literature. Dr. Chang posits the collective entrepreneurship as collective bricolage, an ad hoc tactic that has been systematized into an organizational strategy and argues that the decentralized management and governance via the collective entrepreneurship is a necessary business strategy that strengthens the triple-bottom line (financial sustainability, artistic vitality, and recognized public value) of the many small arts organizations of the creative sector. | - |
