| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 서울시 캠퍼스타운 조성 사업 평가지표를 개발하여 중요도 및 우선순위를 도출하고자 함에 있다. 이에 사업 초기 단계인 캠퍼스타운 조성사업에 대한 내용을 면밀히 검토하고, 캠퍼스타운 조성 사업에 부합하는 평가항목 및 요소를 도출한 후 AHP 및 선호도 조사를 통해 평가지표를 선정하였다. 평가 결과 보행공간 개선 및 도시재생 거점공간 조성이 가장 높게 평가되었으며, 고밀혼합 토지이용이 가장 낮게 평가되었다. 본 연구 결과에서도 알 수 있듯이 평가지표는 캠퍼스타운 조성 사업의 중간단계에서 모니터링 자료로 활용하고, 1단계 사업 완료 후 다음 2단계 사업 추진 시 개발방향을 설정하는데 기초연구로서 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. | - |
