| dc.description.abstract | 우리나라에서는 KOICA의 중기전략사업으로 개발도상국에 분산자원에 대한 원조를 시작하였다. 이 중에서 전력망은 구축되어 있으나 정전이 빈번하고 전력품질이 낮은 지역에 소수력발전소를 건설하는 것을 최초로 수행하게 되어 이에 대한 방법론을 개발하여야 할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 원조국 대상지역의 부족한 데이터를 수집하고 이외의 필요한 데이터는 다른 지역이나 국가에서 가져와, 데이터를 가공하여, 해당지역의 배전계획설계에 대한 방법론을 제시한다. 또한, 이를 라오스 방비엥 지역을 대상으로 사례연구를 하여 배전선로 증설여부와 전력IT 설비에 대한 기술적, 경제적 효과를 산출한다. | - |
