등가회로 모델에 의한 역전기투석 스택 전지의 출력특성 해석과 예측

dc.description.abstract | 역전기투석(Reverse Electrodialysis)은 이온교환막을 이용하여 염수와 담수의 농도 차 에너지를 전기에너지의 형태로 회수하는 조작이다. 전지의 출력 특성은 막저항과 선택도, 전지 스택 수, 유로의 구조 및 염수와 담수의 농도 등과 밀접한 관계를 가진다. 전기에너지로의 전환 효율을 해석하고 이를 극대화시키기 위하여, 스택 전지의 등가회로 모델을 수립하였으며 역전기투석 전지 스택의 실제 출력특성과 비교하였다. 본 연구에서는 상용 이온교환막(Selemion, AMV, CMV)을 사용하여 10 스택의 역전기투석 전지를 제작하고 출력특성을 평가하였다. 염수(35 g/L)와 담수(0.5 g/L)의 공급 유량을 20 mL/min 에서 100 mL/min 까지 증가시키며 측정한 결과, 개방 회로 전압은 1.8 V 로 일정한 반면, 단락 전류가 점차 증가하여 최대 1.9 W/m2 의 전력밀도를 얻을 수 있었다. 등가회로 모델의 입력 파라미터는 막저항과 전극저항, 스택 수, 유로의 구조 그리고 염도 및 온도이다. 이온교환막 간의 염수와 담수의 염도 차이에 의한 전위차는 Nernst 식으로 계산된다. 전력 밀도나 단락 전류, 개방 회로 전압과 같은 전지 출력특성들은 모델에 의해 예측할 수 있다. 담수의 농도에 의해 영향을 받는 내부저항은 전력 효율을 좌우하는 가장 큰 요인으로 작용한다. 전지의 출력 특성을 떨어뜨리는 누설전류 또한 고려되며, 이러한 영향은 유로의 두께와 농도에 따른 각 실험값과 상응하는 모델을 통해 확인하였다. | - |
