Wide use of non-linear loads such as power conversion device have led to harmonics generation according to the development of industry. In this paper, a technique for predicting the harmonics generation is proposed without measuring the harmonics generated in customer. First of all the harmonic generation library by the non-linear loads was produced through the harmonic measurement. The harmonic generation in customer by identifying the load conditions of the case study customer could be estimated without harmonic measurement using the harmonic generation library. Field measurement and simulation results by using the proposed technique for the case studies show the reasonable effects and verification.-
