인터랙션 개념을 적용한 창업지원 프로그램 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

Humans live income arise from occupation and work to survive in the modern society. But, social change and development was brought about by the economic changes in the profession; today there are ongoing efforts to find work even after retirement. National and earnest efforts are needed to support economic activity focused on the social structural change, but the domestic business incubator environment is unsatisfactory. This study proposes a new start-up incubator professional program and organizational support mechanism that supports economic independence by countermeasuring the environmentally changing society. A new business incubator professional program will support transfering and sharing information through smooth communication and interaction alteration of the existing one-dimensional incubator environment interactions suitable for a variety of support programs, such as office, education, experience facility and community space.
