| dc.description.abstract | 지표면 상태에 따른 풍직각방향의 풍력특성을 규명하기 위하여 4가지의 지표면상태 하에서 다양한 변장비를 가진 사각형 각주에 대한 풍력실험을 실시하여 풍직각방향의 변동전도모멘트 스펙트럼, 변동모멘트계수 및 스트로할 수의 변화특성을 조사하였다. 실험 결과에 의하여 풍직각방향의 변동전도모멘트 스펙트럼, 변동모멘트계수 및 스트로할 수는 지표면의 상태에 따라 크게 변하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. | - |
