| dc.description.abstract | 다이아몬드 기판 표면을 마이크로 사이즈로 기능화하기 위하여 불소 가스(C3F8) 및 산소 가스(O2) 분위기에서 플라즈마 처리하였다. 불소 및 산소로 기능화 처리한 다이아몬드 표면은 X-ray 광전자 분광법(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy)를 이용하여 분석하였다. 특정 DNA배열을 검출하기 위하여 probe DNA를 산소 처리한 다이아몬드위 표면에 기능성 분자를 이용하여 고정하였으며, targe DNA를 검출하기 위하여 자성 나노입자를 검출 label로 활용하였다. 자성나노 입자가 label로 부착된 target DNA 농도 10 nM을 검출하기 위하여 거대 자기저항(giant magnetic resistance; GMR) 센서를 이용하여 검출하였다. 다이아몬드 기판에 고정되어 있는 probe DNA와 hybridization공정을 통해 target DNA의 5' 말단에 자성나노 입자가 부착된 complementary DNA의 경우 GMR 센서 전압이 0.257 mV 이동하였으며, noncomplementary DNA의 경우 0.084 mV 이동하였다. | - |
