dc.description.abstract | Many consulting firms use Process Innovation (PI) techniques with re-composing and analyzing of business process. However, companies which receive consulting of process innovation don't like to change their own methods of business process. This study is focused on the manufacturing company which is producing products like sets, parts and equipments. This study proposes the step of process innovation with manufacturing framework techniques. It will be able to minimize the negative effect which in order to use familiar 6 sigma techniques from the manufacturing execution system. | - |
