dc.description.abstract | 본 논문에서는 변형된 개별 차수 혼변조 신호 발생기들을 이용한 새로운 형태의 전치왜곡 회로를 제안하였다. 이 회로들은 전치왜곡 3차 와 5차 이상의 고차 신호 발생기 두개로 구성되어 독립적으로 동작과 제어되며, 이것의 회로 동작을 통해서 전력 증폭기의 혼변조 왜곡 신호들을 효과적으로 억압할 수 있다. 구현된 전치왜곡 선형화기의 동작특성은 국내 개인 휴대 통신(PCS) 기지국 송신 대역인 1840 ~ 1870MHz 주파수에서 동작되도록 제작, 측정을 하였고 그 결과 반송파 2 톤 신호를 인가할 때 3차 혼변조 왜곡 특성의 (C/I)비는 40dB 이상, 5차 혼변조 왜곡 특성의 (C/I)비는 23dB 이상의 개선효과를 얻었고, IS-95 CDMA 신호를 인가하였을 때 885KHz 이격 지점에서 인접 채널 전력비를 10dB이상 개선시켰다. | - |
