dc.description.abstractA visible-light-mediated photocatalytic ethoxycarbonyldifluoromethylation/1,2-carbon migration of alkenols is described. This approach provides a mild and operationally simple access to the synthesis of difluoralkyl-substituted cyclic ketones via difluoralkylation and 1,2-carbon migration of 1-(1-arylvinyl) cyclobutanol derivatives.
