- Abstract
- Congenital preauricular sinus is a common otological disorder, and preauricular fistulectomy is one of the most popular procedures in otologic surgery. Occasionally, multiple pits are observed in the preauricular area; these could be independent sinuses or a single sinus with multiple openings. Here, I present four cases of preauricular fistula with multiple preauricular pits and I describe my surgical experience in treating the condition. (C) 2015 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
