In cases of advanced peri-implantitis, malpositioned implant or implant fixture fracture, removal of the affected implant is usually necessary. Many of these nonmobile dental implants require surgical intervention for their removal such as method of high-speed burs and trephine burs. But theses method are invasive for patient. It is important to carry out the procedure in an efficient manner with minimal trauma to the patient and minimal risk of postoperative complication, including excessive removal of bone and soft tissue, so as not to exclude future implant therapy. The purpose of this study is to evaluate a technique for implant explantation using fixture removal kit. In two case, total six implant were explanted with fixture removal kit. The method using fixture removal kit was more easily executed and minimally invasive. And it allowed less pain, fewer medical complications, faster healing due to a smaller bone defect for patients. Therefore, it is considered to be beneficial for dentists and patients.-
