| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 영재교육 담당 교원 핵심역량에 대한 현 수준 분석결과에 기초하여 핵심역량을 강화할 수 있는 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 설문조사는 전국 17개 시‧도 교육청의 협조로 영재학급, 영재학교 및 과학고의 영재교육 담당 교원을 대상으로 이루어졌다. 먼저, 영재교육 담당 교원의 핵심역량 현 수준의 기술통계 및 영재교육 담당 교원의 독립변인(성별, 연령대별, 학교급별, 최종학력별, 근무지역별, 교직경력별, 영재교육 기관 근무 년 수별, 현재 영재교육을 지도하는 교육기관의 유형별, 교과영역별, 영재교육 관련 연수 이수별 등)별 종속변인인 핵심역량에 대한 차이를 검증하여 분석하였다. 다음으로 영재교육 담당 교원 집단 내에서 영재교육 담당 교원의 핵심역량에대한 중요도와 현 수준 간에 인식차이를 살펴보았다. 연구결과를 바탕으로, 영재교육담당 교원의 핵심역량을 강화시킬 수 있는 다양한 방안 및 교육적‧정책적 시사점을탐색하고 제시하였다. | - |
