| dc.description.abstract | 자폐증은 정신분열증을 묘사하기 위해 1911년 Bleuler에 의해 최초로 명명된 이후, 1943년 Kanner에 의해 아동기 자폐증을 나타내는 용어로 일반화되었다. 현재까지 자폐증의 개념은 아동기 정신증과 관련되어 프랑스의 정신의학계에서 논의되고 있으며, 이러한 양상은 정신장애 진단 및 통계편람 제5판(DSM-5), 국제 질병 분류 제10판(ICD-10), 프랑스의 아동기 및 청소년기 정신장애 진단편람 개정판(CFTMEA R-2012)에서 나타나는 이질적인 요소들을 통해 가시화되고 있다. 본 연구는 미국의 DSM-5와 프랑스의 CFTMEA R-2012에서 나타난 자폐관련 장애의 진단에 대한 상이한 방향성에 대해 살펴보았다. 특히, DSM-5에서 기존의 전반적 발달장애의 진단을 자폐 스펙트럼 장애가 대체한 것과 관련하여, PDD-NOS가 자폐 스펙트럼 장애에 포함되는 것이 가지는 함의에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 오늘날의 진단편람에 이르기까지 논쟁의 한가운데에 자리했던 자폐증 개념의 역사를 살펴보고, 자폐증 개념의 변천과정과 연관하여 PDD-NOS의 위치에 대해 논의하고, 이에 대해 제언하였다. | - |
