- Abstract
- 청소년기에 골반통을 유발하는 부인과계 질환은 출혈성 난소낭종, 난소낭종 혹은 종양의 파열 및 염전, 질폐색에 의한 자궁질혈종, 자궁내막증, 낭성 자궁선근종, 골반염, 그리고 복막봉입체낭포가 있다. 골반통을 평가하기 위해 CT의 이용이 증가하고 있으며, 초음파 소견이 명확하지 않거나 병변이 광범위할 때 CT가 도움이 될 수 있다.
