- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 외상성 뇌손상 환자에서 주관적 우울감에대한 평가 척도인 BDI가 환자의 인지 기능 저하와 유의한상관관계를 보였으며, 외상성 뇌손상 환자에서 환자의 인지기능에 대한 평가를 하기 이전 BDI를 시행하여 주관적 우울감을 확인하고 이를 치료할 필요성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 연구에서는 외상성 뇌손상의 후유증에 대한 평가및 외상성 뇌손상의 중증도를 포함하고, 환자의 보상 수준에따른 증상의 과장 가능성을 배제하여 연구를 진행할 필요성이 있을 것으로 사료된다.
