dc.description.abstractThe catalytic enantioselective Mannich reaction promoted by chiral palladium complexes is described. The treatment of alpha-fluoro-beta-ketoesters with N-Boc-aldimines under mild reaction conditions afforded the corresponding beta-aminated alpha-fluoro-beta-ketoesters with excellent enantioselectivities (up to 99% ee).
