dc.description.abstractThe catalytic enantioselective Mannich reaction promoted by chiral bifunctional organocatalysts is described. The treatment of alpha-fluoro-beta-keto esters with N-Boc aldimines under mild reaction conditions afforded the corresponding beta-aminated alpha-fluoro-beta-keto esters with excellent enantioselectivities ( up to 98% ee).-
