- Abstract
- 주상골의 골내 결절종과 잠재성 요측 전방 연부 조직 결절종이 동반된 예는 드물다. 27세 남자 환자가 내원 4개월 전부터 발생한 좌측 수근부 장측 부위의 동통을 주소로 내원하였다. 잠재성 연부 조직 결절종과 동반된 주상골의 골내 결절종으로 진단하였다. 저자들은 관절경을 이용하여 치료하였으며 만족스러운 결과를 얻었기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 수술 술기를 중심으로 소개하고자 한다.
