dc.description.abstractTris-(8-hydroxyquinoline)aluminum (Alq3) 전자수송층과 4,4'-bis(2,2'-diphyenylvinyl)-1,1'-biphenyl (DPVBi) 발광층 사이에 5 nm 두께의 2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline (BCP) 또는 triphenylphosphineoxide (Ph3PO)를 삽입하여 유기박막이 organic light emitting diode (OLED)의 구동전압에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 5 nm 두께의 Ph₃PO 층을 삽입한 소자는 BCP를 삽입한 소자에 비해 Alq3에서 DPVBi로 전자의 주입이 향상되어 효율이 향상되고 구동전압이 감소한다.-
