- Abstract
- 기종격증은 흉부 사진에서 특징적인 징후들을 보이는데 다중검출기 CT (multidetector CT, 이하 MDCT)의 다평면 재구성(multiplanar reformatted, 이하 MPR) 영상에서도 이러한 특징적인 징후들을 볼 수 있다. MDCT는 이들 징후에 대한 해부학적 이해를 높일 수 있으며 흉부 사진에서 기종격증과 혼동되는 기흉 및 심막기종, Mach 선 효과와 감별하는 데 도움이 된다. 또한, MDCT에서 기종격증의 기전을 설명하는 Macklin 효과를 볼 수 있으며 기종격증을 유발할 수 있는 기저 질환을 평가할 수 있다. 저자들은 다양한 기종격증의 MDCT 소견을 통해 기종격증의 기전 및 해부학적 특성을 숙지하고, 영상소견과 기저 질환에 따른 기종격증의 CT 소견에 대한 이해를 높이고자 하였다.
