- Abstract
- 두드러기는 6주 이내에 호전되는 급성 두드러기와 6주 이상 지속되는 만성 두드러기로 분류되며 급성 두드러기는 쉽게 조절이 가능하지만, 두드러기의 75%에서 두드러기의 원인을 찾으려는 노력에도 불구하고 원인을 알 수 없는 만성경과를 취하고 6개월 이상 두드러기를 보이는 환자의 40%에서 10년 이상의 경과를 보인다. 따라서 만성 두드러기의 진단적 접근에 주의를 요하며, 두드러기 치료에 가장 근본이 되는 항히스타민을 유용하게 사용하면서 최신 치료방법을 병행하여야 두드러기를 적절하게 치료할 수 있을 것이다.
