- Abstract
- 태생기 발생 과정에서 소장이나 대장의 회전이나 고정이 잘못되면 다양한 형태의 장 회전이상이 발생하며, 장 회전이상은 내장역위(heterotaxy)나 복막피막화(peritoneal encapsulation)와 같은 다른 기형과 동반될 수 있고 중장염전, 내헤르니아 등의 다양한 합병증을 일으킨다. 또한, 장 회전이상이 있는 환자에서 소화기계에 질병이 발생하게 되면 임상증상이나 영상소견이 비특이적이기 때문에 진단이 어려울 수 있다. 저자들은 장 회전이상과 그에 동반된 선천성 기형, 그리고 합병증들의 다양한 영상소견을 보고하고자 한다.
