dc.description.abstract | 전종격동의 해면상 혈관종은 드문 종괴로 소아나 청소년기에 자주 생긴다. 저자들은 12세 여아의 종격동 해면상 혈관종을 보고하고자 한다. 이 종괴는 CT에서 조영 증강되지 않는 낭성 종괴로 발현되어 림프관종과 감별이 어려웠다. 종괴가 초음파상 고에코를 보이고 MRI T2 강조영상에서 고신호 강도를, 지연 조영 증강 영상에서는 균일한 조영 증강을 보여 종격동 혈관종으로 진단하였다. CT에서 낭성 종괴를 보이는 경우 초음파와 MRI는 진단에 도움을 주는 유용한 검사 방법이다. | - |
