- Abstract
- 요즘 널리 쓰이는 자동혈구측정기에서 제공되는 전혈구계산치(CBC)는 적혈구 수, 백혈구 수, 혈소판 수 외에 MCV, MCH, MCHC 등과 같은 적혈구지수에 대한 정보를 제공한다. 이런 정보들은 혈액질환을 앓고 있는 환자에서 진찰과정 중 얻어지는 의학정보와 함께 혈액 관련 증상을 초래한 원인질환의 병태생리를 이해하고 정확한 진단을 할 수 있도록 도움을 준다. 따라서 CBC 검사에서 혈구수치 이상이 발견되었을 때 결과에 대한 해석과 이해가 중요하므로 보다 많은 관심이 필요하다.
